Full House Rewiring
Upgrade aging or unsafe wiring with a clean, code-conscious rewiring plan from Feregrino Electric. We help Bay Area homeowners improve safety, capacity, and long-term reliability during remodels, renovations, and older home updates.
When rewiring makes sense
Full house rewiring is often the right solution for older homes with outdated wiring, frequent breaker trips, limited grounded outlets, or plans for major remodeling. A full update can support modern appliances, lighting, and home technology while reducing electrical risks.
Feregrino Electric evaluates the condition of existing circuits, identifies problem areas, and creates a practical scope of work tailored to your home. We focus on organized installation, clear communication, and dependable workmanship from start to finish.

Apartment rewiring (1-2BR): Starting at $20,000. Full house rewiring: $40,000–$70,000 depending on size and condition. All projects use a phase payment structure: 30% to start, 40% at midpoint, 30% upon completion.
